I raise my head to the beautiful sky with Galaxy of stars, letting the beauty of the night inspire me
The Cool breeze of nature calming my nerves;
Sweet songs of birds triggering my emotions, making me want to have you around me
I really can't sleep; all I can do is let you know, you mean a lot to me
I'm not a coffee drinker, but I've lost sleep just by thinking of you
Honey, you're my addiction; just let me be the only one to love you
I'm aware you distract me, but I'm ever distracted without you
I don't know how to focus, please baby teach me how to
I'm promising dedication and no violation of the promises made to you
I actually thought they were fools; all those men that do fall in love
But that was before I met your love; then you taught me how to love
Step by step, you over took my heart
Now whenever you're in pain, I get a scar in my heart
Please don't you ever leave me, because if you do; I'll fall apart
You've filled me up with your goodness
Your beauty is so attractive that most times I feel you're a goddess

THE REALITY OF MY SMILE
My smile is so captivating that it can capture your heart
Leaving you with no doubt that it wasn't from my heart
It can be so nice and charming that you'll think it's for you; but sorry, it's not, please don't take it to heart
It's so tempting that you can't stop staring, and very sharp that most times I think it's sharper than a dart
It's meant for someone special, and I plead on a daily for her not to leave an empty space in my heart
I never knew the reality of my smile, not until she crossed and pranked me of leaving my path
That was when I knew she has always been behind my smile and if she leaves I'll be more like an empty berth
I call you My Angel, not because it's just a name but because you looks like one
We will always be one, even if one plus one(1+1) can never be one
But don't worry our combination will prove that equation wrong, and we'll forever live as one
Most times the texture of your hair makes my heart beat skip
You are so attractive that every guy you come across trip
Her eyes are so mind blowing that it can humble you

Having you in my life has given me a sweet story to tell
You've not just taken over my senses, but you keep ringing in my head like an alarm bell
From the beginning of my life till I met you, things have never gone this well
But right now; your love has made me feel awesome, making me bid other girls farewell
Our love story have made people ask some silly questions like: did a wizard cast a spell?
When I met you for the first time, I saw an amazing beauty I never saw in the whole wide world
I starred at you uncontrollably like a dull student compelled to solve an equation on the board
Your beauty was overdose that I walked up to you, but I couldn't utter a word
Even when I tried to, all I could do was to blunder the words
You caused imperfection to my vision on other girls, now I see them blurred
Words can't really express and describe the quality of our love;
Maybe the 26letters of the alphabet aren't complete enough
All words can do is paint a colourless picture of my ladylove
If words could express our love, the poem I titled 'MY ADDICTION' would have done it all
Because it was a poem that had it all
Maybe 'INTOXICATED BY LOVE' would have done better
But I wasn't satisfied with the diction, which made me want to do better
I wrote again to you with 'THE REALITY OF MY SMILE'
And I was sure it caught your smile
Which made you speechless and couldn't utter a word for a while
I know reading this would make you put up a grin
I want you to know that it's intentional from me, because you've been with me through thick and thin
I just don't know how else to express this overwhelming love
But I want to promise you that I'll never stop loving you, till the day I leave this Earth for above
And nothing can break this promise, either from beneath the Earth, in it, or above

I went through a lot of pain; you made me drown in my thoughts throughout that week
You had my heart ponder and my mind grinded
You made me lose focus even when I thought I was grounded
You made me cry day and night
Tears filled my eyes making me feel that I was loosing my sight
My eyes full and closing up, swollen like I received several punches in a fight
You left me in a dilemma, making my heart an empty space
Leading me into a journey of no return through a perlous pace
You thoughts gave me the deepest touch ever, making me want to smash the ground with my face
Now you've succeeded in bleeding my heart, leaving my emotions in tragedy without a trace
