My thoughts are tempted by stress,

My mind debilitated by causality's weight.

My body triggered by pain and blue emotion,

Truly, the life of man is not an easy journey.

I am a man filled with expectations,

A burden not easily borne.

I am a man filled with sagacity,

Yet, ignorance still resides within me.

I am a man, for whom struggle yields a prize,

A man, for whom success seems a smooth line,

But reality brings twists and surprise.

To be a man requires sacrifice and bravery,

A man's decision must be spoken aloud, firm and free.

Hence, the title of man should be honored and respected.

A friend can be a gentle breeze

That soothes the soul and calms the seas

Yet, in the shadows, a dagger lies

Waiting to strike with a treacherous surprise

A friend can be a guiding light

That leads through darkness and endless night

But, with a twist of fate, can turn to spite

And leave you shattered, lost, and without a fight

A friend can speak words sweet as honey

That warm the heart and make the spirit sunny

But, with a hidden agenda, can deceive and sting

Leaving scars that linger, and a heart that clings

FRIEND, a paradox that tests our will

A bond that's strong, yet fragile still

A relationship that's complex, multifaceted, and real

A delicate dance between love, trust, and how we feel
