Eleja Abdulganiyu Sofiullahi Biography

Biography of Eleja Abdulganiyu Sofiullahi (Young Aristotle)

Eleja Abdulganiyu Sofiullahi, fondly known by his pen name Young Aristotle, was born on June 16 and is a passionate writer, poet, and aspiring legal advocate from Ilorin in Kwara State. He is a proud native of Alore Compound, Ile Eleja Alore, Ilorin, where he was born and raised with strong cultural and moral values that continue to shape his vision and ambitions today.

Born into the humble and respected family of Mr. and Mrs. Abdulganiyu Eleja, Young Aristotle is the third child of his parents. From an early stage of life, he developed a deep sense of responsibility and determination to become a source of pride, joy, and support to his family. His journey has been driven by the desire to put smiles on the faces of his parents and to build a meaningful future through hard work, education, and creativity.

Young Aristotle grew up alongside his beloved siblings who have continued to inspire and motivate him in different ways. He has a brother, Abdulganiyu AbdulSamad Olaitan, whom he proudly describes as β€œour public administrator” because of his intelligence, leadership qualities, and smart personality. He also has an elder sister, Abdulganiyu Shukurat Olaide, lovingly referred to as β€œmy grammarian” for her eloquence, wisdom, and intellectual influence in the family. Completing the family circle is his younger sister, Abdulganiyu Mujibah Aduragba, whom he sees as a β€œfuture philanthropist” because of her kind heart, promising nature, and compassionate spirit.

Academically, Eleja Abdulganiyu Sofiullahi attended Ansarul Islam Secondary School, where he laid the foundation for his educational and personal development. He is currently an undergraduate student of Political Science, a field that reflects his passion for leadership, governance, justice, and societal transformation. Alongside his academic pursuit, he nurtures a strong ambition of becoming a respected legal advocate whose voice will stand for truth, justice, and the oppressed.

In addition to western education, Young Aristotle is deeply devoted to Arabic and Islamic studies. He is a penultimate student of Saddiyyah Sholiyyah School of Arabic and Islamic Studies, Alfa Koro, Ilorin, Kwara State, where he continues to strengthen his religious knowledge, discipline, and spiritual growth. This combination of intellectual, literary, and religious learning has contributed immensely to the depth and uniqueness of his writings.

As β€œYoung Aristotle,” he uses poetry and creative writing as instruments to express emotions, social realities, pain, hope, motivation, love, and the struggles of humanity. His works are often filled with deep reflections, powerful imagery, and emotional intensity that resonate strongly with readers. Through his pen, he seeks not only to inspire people but also to speak for the unheard, encourage the discouraged, and remind the world that greatness can rise even from difficult beginnings.

Young Aristotle remains a young man with big dreams, strong faith, and an unshakable determination to leave a lasting impact on society through education, writing, advocacy, and service to humanity.

TA LO DABII RE(ALLAH)

No one like You,
No one like Your strength.

I call Him my rock,
Sure He never fade.
He's my dreamer.
He's my rocker.
He's the first king.

He was the one that stood by me when am nothing,
In His fight my battles are solve

You are freedom fighter,
With patient, endurance higher.
No body like You,
No body like My saviour.

No more worries, Ta lo dabii Allah,
Ladies' pride shows forth, yet money's chain,
Had bound them, lacking freedom in its thrall,
Now storm is heard, and love, a hollow strain.

My dreams I chase, though consequences loom,
A future beckons, brighter than before,
Where those who scorned may seek a softened room,
And favor find, by grace, at Heaven's door.

Abdulganiyu Sofiullahi, I stand,
The present's grip is harsh, the path unclear,
Yet hope remains, a promise in the land,
That dawn will break, dispelling every fear.

Though trials test, and shadows darkly creep,
A golden future waits for me to reap.

Earth, I’m out. Earth-like, welcome me, dear Earth, I’m out. Earth-like, welcome me, dear.

Earth, I’m out. Earth-like, welcome me, dear.

I’m out inside Earth, am furious and drained.

My life's a burden, shaking year by year,

A heavy weight upon my soul ingrained.

I'm drained,

I'm Exhausted.

I'm furious.

I'm curious.

Adeiu to Earth,

Warth welcome to Earth-Like path.

The air I breathe is thick with discontent,

The soil I tread yields naught but bitter fruit.

My weary spirit, almost fully spent,

Seeks solace, a new blossoming, a root.

I, Young Aristotle, hope shall find release,

A kinder cradle, skies of softer hue.

To shed this skin of turmoil, find my peace,

And greet a world both vibrant, fresh, and new.

So open wide your arms, celestial sphere,

And grant me haven, banish all my fear.

ORILOWO

Oriolowo, a precious name given by my granny.

The name resemble my virtue till eternity.

Oriolowo,

My dazzling wealthy head.

Orilowo, a name my grandma gave,

A song of wealth that echoed in her tone,

A blessing whispered, meant my life to save,

From struggles faced, a seed of comfort sown.

Though riches may not fill my earthly hand,

The richness of her love, a boundless store,

A legacy of hope across the land,

A guiding light to help me ever soar.

It is not gold or jewels I possess,

But memories held, a treasure deep inside,

Her loving gaze, her gentle soft caress,

A wealth of spirit, where true joys reside.

So I embrace this name, a precious art,

Orilowo, forever in my heart.

Hope's Light

When hope's light shines, like beacon in the night

It guides us through, life's darkest plight

The heart, a haven, that doth its peace impart

And in its warmth, our spirits take heart

The hope, a gift, that doth our lives enrich

And in its beauty, our hearts find their niche

To hold on hope, and never let it fade

And in its light, our hearts forever stay

But hope's light flickers, like candle's flame

And in its shadows, our doubts take aim

Yet still we hold, on to hope's pure light

And in its warmth, our hearts find their might

To face the challenges, of life's darkest night

And in its beauty, our hearts find their light.

Shadow cries the baby

In darkness, shadows softly fall

A baby's cry, echoes through it all

A gentle soul, with heart so pure

Innocence abounds, yet fears endure

The shadow looms, a mysterious shape

The baby trembles, in an uncertain escape

But love's warm touch, can chase the night

And guide the child, to morning's light.

The Beauty of Brokenness

In shattered pieces, lies a beauty rare
A mosaic of brokenness, beyond repair
The cracks and fissures, a testament to pain
A story of resilience, that refuses to wane

The brokenness whispers, of a life lived bold
A history of struggles, that have shaped and mold
The scars and imperfections, a map of the past
A topography of trials, that forever will last

Yet in the brokenness, lies a beauty to see
A testament to strength, in vulnerability
A reminder that perfection, is not the goal
But in the brokenness, lies a beauty to unfold.

The Silence Scream

In the depths of soul, a scream resounds
Unheard by others, yet echoes all around
A cry of anguish, trapped inside
A silent scream, that cannot be denied

The lips are sealed, the voice is still
But in the darkness, a storm does build
The heart beats loudly, with a desperate cry
A plea for help, that passes by

The eyes reveal, the pain within
A window to the soul, where tears begin
The silent scream, a desperate call
For solace and peace, beyond them all.

Snoring of Darkness

The night's dark blanket wraps me tight

The shadows snore, a soothing sight

The world is hushed, in quiet sleep

As darkness whispers, its secrets deep

The moon's pale light, a gentle beam

Illuminates, the darkness' dream

The stars above, a twinkling show

As night's symphony, begins to grow

In this dark room, I find my peace

The snoring darkness, my soul's release

The world outside, fades from my sight

As darkness cradles, me in its night.

IF I WAS YOU, I'D NEVER SAY GOOD NIGHT.

If I was you, I'd never say good night

I'd chase the stars, and dance in moonlight

I'd let the world slow down its frantic pace

And savor every moment, every tender space

Your voice, a whisper, in the silence deep

I'd listen closely, my heart would keep

The rhythm of your words, the beat of your soul

In your eyes, my heart would make its home

If I was you, I'd never say good night

I'd hold you close, and keep the morning light

Forever with you, in dreams and in wake

Together, our love would never fade or break.

Hope In The Dark

Why me, Lord, why this strife?

Life's challenges rage, a constant fight

Endangered soul, lost in endless night

How long must I face this troubled life?

Fears and doubts creep, my heart does ache

Still I hold on, my faith won't break

In darkest moments, I pray and wait

For dawn's light, and a brighter fate

Life's waves crash strong, my spirit weak

But hope revives, my soul starts to speak

I'll trust in You, my Lord above

Good life will come, filled with endless love.

My Country

With corruption, calamity befalls,
False promises hurt, breeding salacious tales.
Root out pity, sow empathy's seed,
Scandals make our nation self-destruct with speed.

If we seek Earth's stability, we must act,
Reflect on our actions, and strive to attract
Redemption from sin, virtue our guide,
Unity in our heads, not discord's tide.

From youthful vigor, let's repudiate hate,
Embracing equality, we create a better state.
By example, we rule with justice and right,
Cheering our future with creativity's light.

Clavis Lucis(Key of Light)

A tiny figure, strong and bright

In desolate lands, a beacon light

The little girl stands, unafraid

With key in hand, her future displayed

The key aglow, like a guiding star

Illuminating paths, near and far

In darkness, she shines so bold

Unlocking doors, young and old

With every step, hope takes flight

The desolate land, transformed in sight

The glowing key, a symbol true

Of potential, waiting to break through

In her small hand, a mighty might

A brighter future, shining bright.

In your Grace,I Find Eternity

In the hush of dawn, when the stars still gleam,

You rise like poetry, carved from a dream.

Elegant grace in every breath you take,

A beauty that even the heavens can’t fake.

Your laughter is music, soft rivers that flow,

Guiding my heart where true feelings grow.

No diamond nor pearl could shine as bright,

As your soul that dances with morning light.

If the world should falter, or time stand still,

I’ll love you beyond every mountain and hill.

Through storms and silence, my vow will remain,

To choose you again and again without chain.

For in your eyes, eternity rests,

The place where my spirit is wholly blessed.

So here is my promise, whispered, composed:

To love you forever

and choose you most.

Shadow Of Prayers

In the hush where night forgets to breathe,

A shadow moves where no eyes see.

It bends in silence not to sleep,

But to a vow the stars still keep.

Beneath the hush of midnight's veil,

Where lamps of heaven softly pale,

A whisper breaks the woven dark,

And lights within the soul a spark.

Each sigh a psalm, each tear a thread,

Woven in silence, softly said.

The floor becomes a sacred sea

And every prostration sets one free.

No call of fame, no crowd to cheer,

Just God… and one who draws Him near.

Their hands are raised, but not for gain,

They seek no balm, yet soothe their pain.

The world lies still in heavy rest,

But in this vigil, hearts are blessed.

For in the shadows where they kneel,

They taste a love the day can't feel.

So let them fade before the dawn,

Unsung, unknown, but never gone.

For angels mark each quiet plea

The shadows of prayer… eternity

THE LAST WORD

 I won't explain the storms I've braved,

Nor plead my case with eyes still caved.

I've swallowed fire, danced with pain,

And wore my silence like a chain.

You see a hand, a rebel pose

But not the path that no one chose.

This middle finger, sharp and high,

Is how I learned to say goodbye.

Not to love, nor hope, nor grace

But to the ones who shamed my face.

To chains disguised as calm advice,

To sugar words that tasted nice.

So here's my truth: I will not bend.

This is my wound. This is the end.

Or maybe, just the start of me

Raw, unfiltered, finally free.

Agony of Motherhood

When sorrow's pangs my motherly heart do pierce,

And tears, like summer's showers, do freely flow,

The weight of care, the burden of my peace,

Do make my heart a heavy load to know.

The cries, the needs, the constant, nagging fears,

The doubts that creep, and will not depart,

The joy that's mixed with worry, and with tears,

Do make my life a tumultuous heart.

But still, I bear this burden with a grin,

And pray for strength to guide them through life's spin,

For though the agony of motherhood is real,

My love for them does make my heart reveal.

And in their smiles, my heart finds peaceful nest,

And all the agony is worth the rest.

Her Pen,Their Freedom

You wrote in ink the weight of silence,

turning hushed rooms into echoing songs.

From Ibuza’s dust to London’s cold streets,

your words carried the strength of mothers,

the long endurance of daughters,

the quiet rebellion of women who refuse to disappear.

You showed us that exile is not only a place,

but a wound stitched with memory and hope.

That love, when bound by chains of tradition,

must still be questioned,

must still seek its own freedom.

In your pages, girls found their names again,

wives stood tall before the storm,

and the poor, the unheard, the unseen

became immortal through your pen.

Now your stories walk without you,

their footprints pressed on every shore.

Buchi, your voice is river and fire

it will not die,

it flows on,

it burns on,

it teaches us to live unbroken.

How I Relocate Shadow In Sky

I chase the shadows, that dance upon the wall

Reflections of dreams, that echo through it all

In the sky's vast canvas, I search for a place

To relocate these shadows, and give them a space

With every step, they shift and play

Elusive and fleeting, they dance away

Yet in their darkness, I find a spark

A light that guides me, through the endless dark

Perhaps in clouds, they'll find a new home

Where they can roam free, and never be alone

Or maybe in moonlight, they'll find their nest

And in the stars, their secrets will rest

But till then, I'll follow their gentle sway

And relocate these shadows, come what may.
